Blazing sunshine and warm summer breeze make every cell in my body smile with joy… nature has her way with us, always nudging us to stay connected with her image in our own bodies. When we drop into the delicious experience of feeling our inner fire, the glow of creative flow, we are unstoppable! Whatever your passions may be, whatever is burning within you; cultivate and express it in the best ways you can!

In times of turmoil, in times of peace, in times of hardship, and in times of grace, our body and spirit still yearn to be cared for; self-care is self-love. From time to time, treat yourself to a delicious bath, massage, nature time, and of course, dance! Supporting your health and cultivating your inner radiance prepares you to greet the divine within your body-temple.

Loving ourselves is about listening to our body’s’ whispers (and also its loud shouts!), and engaging our creativity to generate the nectar of pure joy.

This is a movement class with a sweet dash of dance - you may not be a dancer now but if you were a little girl who loved to spin in circles on the grass or fly high in a swing these moves will feel familiar and joyous!

Being a 53 year old mama healing from a very painful ankle sprain and elbow injury earlier this year on top of my usual issues with scars from surgery and tears in my digestive tract, it has been quite pleasant to partake in your offerings. For me, flowing with Shakti and the spiraling moves is healing.

I am drawn to the Indian temple sculptures of women and enjoy how you have managed to incorporate those curving elements into your movement classes.
